Workforce Planning Hamilton (WPH) has created a report to provide a much needed update on Hamilton’s labour market in 2022. The report was a collaborative effort between employers, employment service providers and community stakeholders and highlights community priorities and challenges. Overall 2022 was a tumultuous year for Hamilton, faced by record-low unemployment, high inflation, and labour shortages in various sectors.
