About the Survey
This survey explores the longer term impact of the pandemic on your workforce and your organization. In April the City of Hamilton’s Economic Development Department shared a COVID-19 Impact Survey to learn of the immediate effect of the pandemic on your organization. This provided a snapshot of how business was faring at that time. As Hamilton moves into Phase 3 on the road to recovery, it is important to do a check in with you and dig a little deeper into the challenges and supports you may need in this challenging time.
This survey work is being completed in collaboration and with the endorsement of the Mayor’s Economic Recovery Task Force (ERTF). The ERTF launched in early June to provide multi-sectoral leadership and direction to guide Hamilton’s economic recovery in the immediate aftermath of the COVID-19 pandemic. The results of this survey will provide ideas and guidance to the ERTF to assist them in building strategies that will aid in the pandemic recovery for your organization. Workforce Planning Hamilton is a labour market research and planning organization funded by the provincial Ministry of Labour Training & Skills Development.
