Hired Not Fired: Soft Skills to Help You Get and Keep a Job is a site which features a series of videos to encourage job seekers to improve their soft skills.
Local employers were interviewed and asked to comment on why the soft skills of Work Ethic, Teamwork, and Independent Work are cruicial to their company.
WPH encourages employment service providers to use the videos in workshops with their clients.
